Sextant Mortgages Website is now Live!

gI_0_SextantFrenchmortgages

Our new Website, Sextant French Mortgages, has been launched. The aim of the site is to provide clear information on French Mortgages and to help clients find rates that best meet their need.

At Sextant Properties, we are aware that more and more people are looking for a mortgage to buy their dream property in France, and we know how difficult it is to obtain a French mortgage. That is the reason why we decided to create a new division in our London office: Sextant Mortgages.

So, Why Choose Sextant Mortgages?

With our in-house mortgage brokers, sending a quote is now easier and much quicker. We take our time to analyse each client’s profile in order to find the best deal available on the French market.  Sextant mortgages works with a selection of French banks offering a wide range of mortgage products and is then able to provide the customer with a tailored service. Furthermore, we are aware that the mortgage process can be intimidating due to the language barrier and the amount of paperwork:  as we speak English, we will clearly explain every single step and provide all the documentation in English.

Our website is user friendly, with all the tools necessary to understand French Mortgages: a Mortgage calculator, a FAQs section and a page illustrating all the different types of mortgages available. There is also a best rates table and a news section to provide the latest information relating to the French financial world. We will be making regular updates on current rates and deals available so it is a good idea to keep an eye open for the latest news.

Lower lending rates are recovering so, now really is the best time to take a French mortgage!
