The rent index of the PACA region has increased by 58.8% over ten years from 1998 to 2008 and hasn’t stopped increasing…

Buying a property in Provence Cote d’Azur in 2011, means having the opportunity to rent it at a high price and to increase the rent a little more each year and increase your profits.
